UW partners with businesses, state agencies and professional associations to develop and deliver a wide variety of employee learning and development programs – from one-day workshops to degree programs offered on campus, on-site and abroad. In addition, we work with organizations to leverage Employee Tuition Assistance Programs (TAP) by helping them align employee development objectives to appropriate programs.

Customized Programs

Tailor an existing program or create a new one that meets employee learning and development goals and prepares employees to solve real workplace challenges. Partnering with the UW provides access to unique academic and industry expertise and allows your organization to avoid the costly expense of developing, maintaining and providing educational programs. Many existing UW programs can be delivered at a location of the employers choosing.

Professional and Continuing Education for Boeing Employees

As a Preferred School Partner of Boeing’s Learning Together Program, UW Professional & Continuing Education offers a variety of certificates, degrees and courses for Boeing employees. Our programs are designed for adult learners and are conveniently scheduled on-site, online, in the evenings or on weekends. Engineering Professional Programs (EPP)

UW has an extensive offering base of civil engineering, transportation engineering and planning programs that include dozens of short courses. Most courses are available on-site at your location and can be customized to meet the unique needs of your organization. Additionally, if there is a topic you are interested in that is not offered we can work with you to create a new course to your specifications. Employee Tuition Assistance Programs (TAP)

UW is a Tuition Assistance Program partner to hundreds of organizations across Washington state. We offer thousands of education opportunities for your employees including master's degrees, completion of bachelor's degrees and professional certificates and courses.
