Learn the basics of software testing and quality assurance, including terminology, documentation practices, control processes and methodologies. Understand the role of a tester in software development and the testing cycle. Practice a wide array of testing techniques, and examine test development models such as Agile and Waterfall. Explore software testing processes within a variety of industry contexts, and study practices applicable to cloud, mobile and Web environments.
