Literary Fiction I: Capstone

This course helps you draft and revise your fiction, develop further expertise as a reader, writer and editor, and discover the pleasures of your art in a small community of advanced students. You will strengthen your skills in working with narrative voice, dialogue, uses of time and other facets of writing. Learn how to research markets and prepare your manuscript for submissions. Conferencing and critique of your work by the instructor and other students are key elements of this course. Environmental sustainability issues will be addressed. You will also create a class anthology with your peers to showcase individual writing.
