Wildlife Illustration

An understanding of ecosystems, biomechanics and adaptation provides the scientific underpinning of this course, as students develop field sketches and wildlife drawings. Participants work on sketch journals and reconstruction drawings. A field trip to see birds and wildlife in natural settings is included. Digital illustration techniques will also be taught in a Mac computer lab, with open lab access time during weekends.
