Jeffrey Smith
Director of Design, Dynamic Software Associates
Jeff is the director of design at Dynamic Software Associates (DSA), a user experience design, research and implementation firm near Seattle. His work focuses on designing and delivering innovative, accessible and high-performance software experiences. For more than 14 years, he has collaborated with national and global Fortune 500 clients across diverse industries, including technology, banking, aerospace, telecom and healthcare.
As a UX leader, Jeff recruits and mentors UX designers and researchers, fostering collaboration with developers, stakeholders and end-users. Jeff emphasizes unbiased research and data-driven decision-making to create accessible user-centered products that solve real-world problems, enhance user satisfaction, and achieve company needs. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon, a master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from California Polytechnic State University.
