Justin Sun
Senior Manager, Global Compensation
Justin Sun is a senior manager for global compensation at Expedia Group, where he designs compensation programs and serves as a rewards adviser for the company's Products & Technology division.
He previously held roles in compensation and human resources at Salesforce, Nordstrom, Lockheed Martin, PepsiCo and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Sun's key areas of interest include job architecture, rewards communications and performance management. He's also spoken at several industry conferences, including WorldatWork, PayScale, The Conference Board and Workday.
Sun holds a master's degree in industrial and labor relations and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Cornell University.
