In this course, we’ll explore the practical concepts of project management, real estate, emergency planning and business continuity as they relate to facility management. We will also look at some of the detailed strategies for the effective planning and oversight of relocation projects. 

This course includes the following competency areas that align with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA™): Project Management, Real Estate and Property Management, and Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity.
