Course Application
This course is part of a certificate program. You can take this course without enrolling in the certificate program, but it won't automatically count toward earning the certificate. To apply to the full certificate program instead, visit the Certificate in Strategic Marketing page.
To apply to this course, you’ll need to submit the following:
- An application
- A current resume
- A personal statement outlining your relevant skills and knowledge and how you acquired them (250-word maximum)
We accept course applicants on a space-available basis and will email you before the first class to let you know if you’ve been accepted. If accepted, you’ll need to pay the course fee to complete your registration.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To apply, you must have one of the following:
- A bachelor's degree in any subject area, plus two years of work experience in any field
- Four years of full-time work experience in any field
ALSO RECOMMENDED
You should be comfortable collaborating with others, presenting and contributing to group discussions with instructors and classmates.
TIME COMMITMENT
Including time in class, you should expect to spend five to six hours a week on coursework, depending on your level of experience.
English Proficiency

International Students
To enroll, international students must have a visa that permits study in the United States. This program does not enable students to obtain or maintain F-1 visa status. For more information, see Admission Requirements for International Students.

Earning the Certificate
