In this course, you’ll gain a solid understanding of emerging technologies in the context of managing change. We’ll develop a template that facilitates decision-making and communication for leaders in the face of massive external shifts and technological disruption. We’ll also explore strategies that you can use to align the needs of your stakeholders with more equitable solutions — with an eye to harnessing the considerable forces at play.
