About this Course

This course provides an introduction to the basic features of the Java language and object-oriented programming. You'll learn Java syntax well enough to write simple Java programs and read more complex programs by the end of the course. We'll also explore the basic features of the more commonly used class libraries. Concepts covered include object interaction, behavior of objects, designing classes, inheritance, data structures such as arrays and strings, the Collections API and exception handling.

Get Hands-on Experience
