Amanda Larson
GIS Specialist, GeoEngineers
Amanda Larson is a geospatial data and mapping specialist who uses her environmental science background to create engaging and technically accurate materials and maps. Her cartographic responsibilities have included data collection, data entry, data management and geodatabase creation, data import and export, digitizing, layer editing, attribute data input, analytical operations, pivot table analyses, map production and web app production. Currently, she works at GeoEngineers as a GIS specialist and has previously carried out GIS projects for The Watershed Company, Tetra Tech and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Larson received bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Science and French from Western Washington University and is a graduate of the University of Washington GIS Certificate Program.
