Director, Global Data Democratization at Starbucks
Andrew Graf is the director of global data democratization at Starbucks, where he leads the data visualization team and larger self-service data strategy for the Analytics Center of Excellence. Graf and his teams are responsible for customer, marketing, product, employee, supply chain and store data, providing analytics and data science directly to business end-users.
Previously, he led the people analytics team at Starbucks and built an analytics operations team at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Graf has a background in economics, operations and design thinking – all of which he incorporates into how data stories are presented to drive decision making.
