Corinne Stroum
Director, Consumer Experience & Insights, SCAN Health Plan
Corinne Stroum leads a multidisciplinary team that builds machine learning products to assist health plans or provider systems through administrative efficiency, care team collaboration and member satisfaction. She is a tenured product leader in health care analytics, healthIT and population health.
She is a subject matter expert on the data footprint of clinical or claims-based health care. She is experienced with structured data, patient experience surveys, socioeconomic factors and social determinants and unstructured notes. She is fluent in clinical interoperability standards, health care ontologies and health policy. Prior to health care IT, she was a medical device engineer and completed studies in biomedical engineering and engineering management at Carnegie Mellon University and Washington University in St. Louis.
