Meet the Instructor

Erin K Anderson

Working in advertising and digital marketing for more than a decade, Erin Anderson has built and executed many strategies for many brands — including consumer brands such as Amazon, Miller-Coors brands, Tully's, JMS Smuckers, Church & Dwight brands, SONY, Adobe, Holland America Lines and Tempur-Pedic. She has also worked with B2B brands including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Intel, Freddie Mac and Zillow’s Premier Agent.

She began her digital marketing career at American Cancer Society, where she developed, an online community for cancer survivors and supporters of Relay for Life. Continuing to grow her experience in social media and web marketing, Anderson worked for startups, as a consultant and at POSSIBLE, Razorfish and VML.

Making a recent career change to go brand side at Tableau Software as an integrated marketer on the demand generation team, Anderson has found how important it is when all channels and marketing efforts come together. She loves solving problems and working to create great customer experiences. The nerd life chose Anderson, and she feels extremely comfortable working in the ever-changing space of technology and social media. In her spare time, Erin enjoys low-tech pursuits such as weekend brunch, knitting, skiing, cooking, board games, spending time with her husband, daughter and their dog (and three too many cats).
