Jennifer S. Diamond

Jennifer Diamond has more than 20 years of operational and professional services experience, emphasizing team performance, operational improvement and technology implementation. She leads the retail-industry emphasis at Slalom Consulting, designing and delivering solutions to help clients create exemplary customer experiences. Before joining Slalom, she managed the research and development project management office at Starbucks and, prior to that, was in technology project management, working to deploy one of the largest operational and technical transformation projects the company had undertaken in its more than 40-year history. Her background also includes nearly 15 years of management consulting for various business functions and operations, working for Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche before founding Management Agility, a professional services firm emphasizing organizational management, governance and control.

Diamond has a bachelor’s in business from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master of arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Risk Management Professional and New Product Development Professional. She was a contributing author to Authentic Instruction and Online Delivery: Proven Practices in Higher Education and CIO Perspectives.
