Jennifer S. Diamond
Managing Consultant/Chief Optimist at Maypop Grove
Jennifer Diamond has led team performance improvements driven by solid organizational design and technology for more than 30 years, balancing professional services with in-house roles of leadership accountability. Having worked with more than 55 U.S.-based organizations ranging in size and industry on their strategic alignment, operational effectiveness, compliance and dedication to customers, she has spent decades finding the best stories to make leading change with purpose real. Through her company, Maypop Grove, Jennifer consults and coaches individuals, teams and organizations through intentional change.
Jennifer has also been developing curriculum and teaching project management and sustainability at the university level for over 13 years. As an instructor, designer and advisory board member for the UW Certificate in Project Management, she has mentored hundreds of UW certificate grads. She holds current Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) certifications from Project Management Institute (PMI) and a current New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification from Product Development and Management Association (PDMA). Jennifer is also certified as a Change Management Practitioner by Prosci and Living Future Accredited by the International Living Future Institute (ILFI).
Jennifer holds a bachelor's in business and economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master of arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. Among other publications, she is a contributing author to Authentic Instruction and Online Delivery: Proven Practices in Higher Education and CIO Perspectives.
