Meet the Instructors

Jennifer S. Diamond

Jennifer Diamond has more than 30 years of organizational, operational and professional services experience focused on team performance and operational improvements driven by solid org design and technology. As one of the UW's dedicated project management instructors and program designers, and because she has taught project management in Seattle for over 10 years, she has guided and mentored hundreds of project managers.

Jennifer's career spans consulting and industry, and she has delivered a wide range of solutions to help clients create exemplary customer experiences. She has reached clients like Silicon Valley company founders, Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche nationally, and clients like Starbucks, Slalom and Sur La Table here in Seattle.  She currently leads Maypop Gorve, a change enablement collaborative supporting individuals, teams and organizations through intentional change. Jennifer is certified by PMI as a project management professional and risk management professional, and by PDMA as a new product development professional. She holds a bachelor's in business and economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master of arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She was also a contributing author to Authentic Instruction and Online Delivery: Proven Practices in Higher Education and CIO Perspectives.
