Rachael Scott believes that engaged communication and thoughtful, nuanced feedback is key to effective learning, if not to all successful human interactions. She partners with university departments to develop multimedia e-learning focused on learner outcomes and student success. She has trained subject matter experts in a variety of learning technologies and created instructor-focused toolkits to integrate technology into teaching practices. Her background in design and theater lends her a flair for the colorful and dramatic. Rachael holds a bachelor's in digital media and a master's in management from the University of Florida.
