Meet the Instructor
Susan Adams
Susan Adams earned her M.S. in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Washington. Her thesis was titled A Profile of Nutritional Support Practices: Predicting When Patients Resume Oral Diets and Observations of Clinical Outcomes. She has taught for UW Professional & Continuing Education and the UW School of Public Health and has also provided leadership and coordination for Central Washington University's programs in food service management and food resource management. She is also a registered dietitian.
