Meet the Instructor
Adam Strutynski has more than 30 years of experience in project and construction management for wastewater, transportation and building construction projects. His experience is specifically in the areas of management, development of cost controls, design and construction planning, estimating, scheduling, earned value management, risk management and value engineering on major public works projects primarily in the Seattle area. He has developed and managed schedules, from simple bar charts to complex, integrated master networks with more than 30,000 activities. He is certified as a Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. He is also certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional through the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International and as an Associate Value Specialist through SAVE International, a value engineering organization.
