Meet the Instructor
Breck Tostevin is an experienced litigator with the law firm Nielsen Koch in Seattle, where he practices domestic relations law, environmental law, protection orders and criminal defense. Before moving to Washington in July 2017, he practiced environmental law as an assistant attorney general in Alaska for 29 years.
Tostevin has worked on a variety of legal cases and teamed up with investigators both as a private and government attorney. He has taught courses for government investigators and regulators on working on a legal team, legally gathering evidence that can be used in court, testifying at deposition and trial and the ethics of substantive law subjects.
