Consider partnering with us to create custom programs for your employees. We can tailor an existing employee program or create a new one that meets employee learning and development goals and prepares participants to solve real workplace challenges.
Partnering with us provides access to unique academic and industry expertise and allows an organization to avoid the costly expense of developing, maintaining and providing educational programs. Many existing UW programs can be delivered at a location of the employers choosing.
We partner with businesses, state agencies and professional associations to develop and deliver a wide variety of employee learning and development programs – from one-day workshops to degrees. Classes emphasize development of real-world knowledge and practical skills that can be applied on the job immediately. Programs can be taught on-site, online, at a UW facility or even abroad.
Customized Programs for educators
We offer programs for teachers, administrators and other educators that can be tailored specifically to the needs of individual schools or districts. The Mathematics Education Project features a variety of courses designed to give educators the latest knowledge and techniques regarding effective math instruction.

By partnering with University of Washington colleges, schools and departments to administer self-sustaining, fee-based degrees, certificate programs, workshops and conferences, we help the university launch programs that would not otherwise be delivered easily.
We also partner with other universities in the United States and across the globe, including a national university consortia – Actions, Solutions, Growth: University Partners (ASG).
Our flexible suite of partner services includes risk mitigation management, market research and analysis, budget modeling and budget development, activity-based financial accounting, program management and reporting, marketing, recruitment, advising and registration.
We can customize or create new offerings to fit the needs of a partner organization in as little as six months, depending on the approval process. Visit the UW Continuum College website to learn more.
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS
For each of our more than 130 certificate programs, we recruit an advisory board of 15 to 20 top industry professionals, approximately 800 in total, in addition to faculty from the sponsoring UW campuses, schools, colleges and departments. This combined industry and academic expertise shapes programs to be current, relevant and cutting edge.
