Status Report for Programs & Courses

The report below shows the status of the following for certificates, specializations and coached standalone courses:

• The annual Word doc revisions for master-level content
• The submission of EOS data for upcoming instances

Instances are included in this report after the Marketing web team manually adds them to the tracking Smartsheet. If an instance is not listed here, confirm it has been set up in EOS and the "release to CMS" box is checked. 

The Report Key below the report provides information about the different statuses.

	Word docs received; content manager is working on edits
	Content edits (if any) are completed; website is ready

Status of EOS Content

	Data have not synced into CMS yet*
	Data have synced in; we're moving forward
	Data have synced in; we can't move forward - see notes on Instance Tracking Sheet**

* Marketing may need 2-3 days after AP Ops has finished prepping content in EOS to confirm that content has synced into the CMS and update its status color on this report.

** Ops should review the EOS checklists in the Marketing Resource Center.
