About This Course

In this foundational course, you'll get an overview of the business analyst role and techniques for tackling the early life cycle stages of a project. You’ll learn how to link your organization’s business strategy and objectives to your efforts, apply planning best practices to requirements elicitation and monitor progress to stay on track. The course follows the latest BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) guide, covering a range of systems and solution approaches, documentation guidelines and business case development.
