About This Course

Take a deeper dive into the work of business analysis. In this case study-based course, you'll gain practical tools and techniques for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing solutions to a real-world problem and presenting the case for decision-making. You’ll examine business rule types and structures, along with the models most appropriate for documenting each. Throughout the course, you’ll leverage real-world business analysis tools, templates and methods, including extensive diagramming and the effective use of Generative AI in a business analyst role.

  • How to elicit stakeholder requirements and gather, organize and prioritize solution requirements
  • The use of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to design and prioritize solutions
  • Frameworks for decision-making and for assessing the value of different solutions
