About this Course
Apply plan reading skills and interpret construction plans, specifications and contract documents using residential and light commercial projects. Emphasis is on the organization and use of architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. Common construction materials and methods will be identified and explored, with a focus on soils, earthwork, wood, concrete and steel, and exterior and interior building assemblies and elements.
