About this Course


In this course, you’ll study the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology, particularly as it relates to governmental and public sector settings. You’ll also start working on a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-level project, which you’ll complete in the CPM® Process Improvement Capstone course at the end of the program.

This is an intensive course that features a mix of synchronous online instruction, interactive online learning modules and project work.

  • How to complete a process improvement project using the DMAIC methodology
  • How to include customer feedback (or VOC, Voice of the Customer) and develop a stakeholder analysis
