Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how organizations work — but what does this mean for project managers and continuous improvement professionals?

Join UW Professional & Continuing Education for a short webinar led by our project management and Lean Six Sigma instructors Carolyn Dalen, Michael Mage and Nicole Nisbet. These experienced health care, government and enterprise IT professionals will discuss how AI is shaping project management, Lean Six Sigma and process improvement today.

Instead of focusing solely on tools, the panel will examine where AI accelerates insight and decision-making, where human expertise remains vital, how roles are evolving with AI and what skills professionals need next. Part of our Expert Insights webinar series, this hour-long session offers you the chance to gain valuable knowledge from UWPCE’s expert instructors on the future of work as it unfolds.
