Almost every successful professional has countless people support them along their career journey – whether it’s their colleague, coach, supervisor, friend, sponsor, hero or confidant. Research and conventional wisdom confirm mentorships like these are invaluable and offer benefits for both the mentor and the mentee. But what exactly is mentorship? How does it work? And most importantly, how do you get started?

In this webinar hosted by UW Professional & Continuing Education, a panel of accomplished mentors will share insights on the different types of mentors and mentorships. They’ll take a pragmatic and real-world look at what makes mentorship effective and how to create structure and boundaries that work for you. If you’re curious about being a mentor or a mentee, don’t miss this lunchtime session and Q&A.

Have questions for our panelists? Please submit them ahead of time here.
