Ajay Kaushal

Director of eCommerce, Providence Health

Ajay Kaushal is the director of eCommerce at Providence Health, leading a digital health innovation team. A multi-industry brand marketing and product management leader, he has helped build brands such as Deloitte, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Starbucks and Philips with a focus on delivering consumer-focused digital experiences intersecting software, hardware and commerce.

As a marketing professional, Kaushal has spearheaded several strategic, creative and mission-critical global programs delivering business growth, customer delight and strong partner relationships in B2B and B2C industries. 

He is also a small business owner and serves as a board member at UW Professional & Continuing Education. A proud University of Washington alumnus and recent adjunct lecturer, Kaushal holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and three certifications from UW PCE.
