Meet the Instructors
Alessandra Berns has a strong background in training and organizational readiness. She has held several learning manager roles leading the design, delivery and execution of global employee development programs for organizations. She is adept at proactively working with teams to clarify workforce skill gaps, devise solutions and calibrate curriculum for best results.
Berns is also an enormous proponent of multi-modal-training approaches that blend traditional live activities with online learning, experiential learning, job shadowing, mentoring, and other elements to maximize understanding and retention. She has additional strengths in program management, measurement and evaluation—as well as international consulting.
