Ami Samuels
Freelance Editor, Clean Copy Edit
Ami Samuels is a UW Certificate in Editing graduate and operates a small freelance editing business in the Seattle area. She primarily edits journal articles, dissertations, grant proposals and corporate communications. She has been part of the instructional team since 2019 and has supported hundreds of students in navigating the curriculum and developing the skills necessary to be successful editorial professionals. She was honored with a Teaching Excellence Award in 2023.
