Guadalupe Petrone is a human resources professional with extensive experience providing leadership, strategic direction and counsel to senior management in Fortune 500 companies. She's been instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity and implementing technology solutions. She is skilled in managing employee transitions resulting from mergers, acquisitions, layoffs and divestitures. She has held human resources management positions at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Qualcomm and Reverb.
Guadalupe earned a J.D. from National University at San Diego and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Davis. She has a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification and has served as a liaison with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for Global Initiatives.
