Jasjeet Kaur
Director of Finance Operations, Smartsheet
Jasjeet Kaur is the director of finance operations at Smartsheet, where she leads the program management, business analysis and process improvement teams. Previously, she was the head of change management at Amazon, where she established the project management office (PMO) and led global expansions for Alexa and Prime Video.
Kaur has led large-scale, diverse, global teams and has more than 20 years of experience in project management, marketing and finance technologies. She studied business and has an MBA from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. Kaur is also a PMP-certified project manager. She is passionate about helping others be better leaders and successful professionals.
