Jessica Chaillar

Principal Designer & Strategy Consultant

Jessica Chaillar is a principal designer and consultant with more than a decade of experience in user experience (UX) and product design. She has led design strategy and innovation at companies including Amazon and Honda, shaping digital and physical experiences used by millions of people every day. Throughout her career, Chaillar has advanced design maturity across large organizations, led next-generation initiatives, and guided UX teams in shaping innovative, user-centered experiences. She currently advises Fortune 500 companies on creating nimble, happy design teams that drive user-centered innovation and lead the way for their organizations.

Chaillar loves tackling challenging design problems, delivering solutions that matter, and mentoring designers throughout their careers to make human-centered design a practical, powerful part of their work. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in design, innovation and society and mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
