Meet the Instructor
Joe Brannon is an international management consultant, entrepreneur, strategic thinker and educator with 15 years of experience helping corporations realize positive results through project management and strategic throughput. He’s founder and president of the Management Institute of Southern California, a strategic management consultancy firm, and has worked with Fortune 200 companies, including Starbucks and State Street Corporation, on large-scale global initiatives using Agile and traditional project management methods. He also previously served as president for the PMI Puget Sound board of directors.
Brannon teaches project and business management at the University of Washington and the University of California, Irvine, and is a speaker on Agile, Lean, strategic and project management. He had the pleasure of being the guest speaker at the International Project Management Day in Athens, Greece. Brannon has an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master.
