Justin Sun

Compensation Business Partner, SoFi

Justin Sun is a compensation business partner at SoFi, a financial technology company. He previously held roles in compensation and human resources at Expedia Group, Salesforce, Nordstrom, Lockheed Martin, PepsiCo, and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. His key areas of interest include total rewards communications, job architecture and performance management. He's also spoken at several industry conferences, including WorldatWork, PayScale, The Conference Board and Workday.

Sun holds a master's degree in industrial and labor relations and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Cornell University.
