Keelin McDonell

Product Manager, Google Cloud

Keelin McDonell is a product lead at Google Cloud, focused on open-source AI models and frameworks. She has been a core contributor to the team that developed Gemma, Google’s state-of-the-art open weight foundation model, and more recently worked on the OSS software stack supporting TPUs, including JAX and Pytorch. Prior to Google, she spent more than a decade at AI startups and was on the leadership team of Narrative Science, an early natural language generation platform that Salesforce acquired in 2021. She holds a master’s degree in computer and information technology from the University of Pennsylvania and is based in Seattle.
