Meet the Instructors
Kurt E Robertson
Kurt Robertson has work and teaching experience in Lean Six Sigma, supply chain management, contract management and project management. His broad range of work experience includes a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy and post-naval work at Boeing, Saudi Aramco, L3 Technologies and BP. His teaching experience includes undergraduate and graduate classes at the University of Washington's Seattle and Tacoma campuses, Western Washington University, Chapman University and Olympic College.
Robertson has also taught English at Shandong University in Jinan, Shandong Province, and Xi'an International Studies University, Shaanxi Province. He holds an MBA from Chaminade University and a bachelor's in business from Brigham Young University. Robertson holds certifications as a Lean Sensei and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Boeing, and he is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
He is a certified purchasing manager from ISM, is certified in change management by Prosci and is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management with APICS.
