Margaret Kase

Nonprofit Consultant

Maggie Kase is a nonprofit consultant specializing in small museums. Her focus on community engagement has included curatorial efforts, programming and visitor services for organizations such as The Mount: Edith Wharton’s Home, MCLA’s Gallery 51, and the Gates Foundation Discovery Center. Kase has also served as the executive director of the Edmonds-South Snohomish County Historical Society and the Southwest Seattle Historical Society. She has bachelor’s degrees in English literature and arts management from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a master’s degree in museology from the University of Washington.
