Mark Grassick
UX Design Manager, Nordstrom
Mark Grassick has more than 16 years of UX experience leading designers, projects and programs. He has built a diverse set of skills to develop individuals and build teams in corporate and agency environments. Currently, he supports the Capabilities and Consulting team that is responsible for connecting customer experiences with core systems and processes. He has experience partnering with clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Hewlett Packard, The Premier League, NFL, Subaru, McDonalds and more.
Grassick believes in teaching through trust and integrity by working with designers on their own terms to help them realize their full potential. He is invested in getting the best out of each designer he supports by balancing their need for growth in both their soft skills and design craft. Above all, he wants to create a positive and encouraging environment for all designers. Mark graduated from De Montfort University in England with a degree in computer science.
