Matthew Senechal
Senior Associate General Counsel, Medely, Inc.
Matt Senechal is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in the technology and retail sectors. He began his practice as a law clerk in U.S. District Court before moving to private practice in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie. He has represented clients such as Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Nintendo, T-Mobile and Costco on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, privacy, mobile payments and various commercial contracts. Senechal has also had a number of in-house attorney roles at Starbucks, Coinstar, Tableau Software and Salesforce, among others. He currently serves as the senior associate general counsel of Medely, Inc., a Los Angeles-based technology startup, where he focuses primarily on commercial sales contracts, vendor contracts, privacy and product compliance. Senechal lives in Seattle.
