Michael Mage

Process Improvement Consultant, MultiCare Heath System

Michael Mage has eight years of experience in process improvement and 10 years of teaching experience in higher education, local government, and health care settings. Mage currently serves as an internal process improvement consultant for MultiCare Heath System, where he coaches leaders, facilitates A3 problem solving, and deploys Lean Management systems. He describes himself as a lifelong learner dedicated to empowering teams, aligning unit-level processes with organizational goals, and driving meaningful community impact. Mage earned a master’s degree in education from Seattle University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
