Najla M. DeBow

Director, Talent Development, KDC Construction, Inc.

Najla M. DeBow is the director of talent development at KDC Construction. She has more than 30 years of human resources experience across industries, including construction, retail, manufacturing, transportation, start-ups, private equity and healthcare. She brings expertise in all aspects of human resources and has served as a manager, director, vice president of human resources, and chief human resources officer.

Skilled in developing HR infrastructure and directly managing team members, DeBow is recognized for her exceptional emotional intelligence and calming communication style. She earned a master’s degree in leadership and management and a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from the University of La Verne.
