Nicole Nisbet

Nicole Nisbet brings nearly 20 years of experience in process improvement, facilitation and change leadership within Washington State government. She leads the Washington State Department of Transportation’s Continuous Improvement Program, where she coaches leaders, facilitates teams, manages a group of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, and oversees Green Belt certification and development.

Certified as a PROSCI Change Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ATD Master Trainer, and Four Lenses Facilitator, Nisbet is dedicated to helping teams work smarter, collaborate effectively, and drive sustainable, people-centered change.
