Meet the Instructor
Pat Garrett
Pat Garrett is a senior program/project management consultant, instructor and presenter with more than 30 years of experience in information technology. In addition to leading both Agile and traditional Waterfall initiatives, Garrett has many years of experience recovering failed software development projects, assisting clients with business process improvements and leading PMOs.
Garrett is a member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG), which represents ANSI to the International Organization for Standardization committee that targets development and maintenance of of standards for project, program and portfolio management. She helped develop standards for project and program management and the governance of projects, programs and portfolios. She currently serves as the vice chair of U.S. TAG.
