As a software development manager at Amazon Ads, Pawan supports the teams responsible for data ingestion and distribution as well as developer experience in the Amazon ad server. He is a value-focused software professional with first-hand experience in various software disciplines, including system design, coding and development, project and program management, product management, and engineering management.
Pawan has worked on large-scale distributed systems that process millions of records each day, as well as products that have been launched to millions of customers worldwide. He has worked with startups in Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 organizations. Pawan holds a master’s in software engineering and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering.
