Gina Donlin

Senior UX Researcher

Gina Donlin brings 10 years of UX research experience across a range of industries, including e-commerce/fulfillment, manufacturing and healthcare. Most recently, she was a senior UX researcher at Amazon, where she led research efforts to improve fulfillment center workflows and identify opportunities for internal developer tools.

Before Amazon, Donlin built out a UX practice at Pearson Packaging Systems, helping reimagine the human-machine interface for packaging equipment, and conducted research at Cambia Health Solutions in the consumer-facing healthcare space. A recipient of the Shobe Startup Prize for innovative technology, Donlin holds a master’s degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
