Richard H. Kaiser

Richard H. Kaiser has more than eleven years of experience successfully representing employers in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies. He also conducts trainings and workplace investigations. Washington Law & Politics magazine named him a Rising Star in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. He was also the recipient of the Mary Ellen Krug Scholarship for academic excellence and leadership in labor and employment law in 2002. Kaiser earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work from the University of Washington.
