Sarah Bowles
Director of Human Resources, Rainier Industries
Sarah Bowles is the senior vice president of human resources for Rainier Industries, one of the oldest manufacturing companies in Seattle. In her role she leads all elements of HR including talent acquisition, organizational development, health and welfare, compensation and compliance along with providing strategic organizational leadership.
Prior to her tenure with Rainier, she served in HR leadership roles in a variety of industries including roles at Orion Industries, Skills, Inc. and Korum Automotive Group. She holds a MBA, a bachelor of science in business management, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
