Stefan Roger
Software Engineer, Philips Healthcare
Stefan Roger develops real-time image processing systems at Philips Healthcare. He codes C++ daily in a Windows-based embedded technology stack and leads an Agile scrum team of five. When not working on product features, he stays on top of the latest C++ developments online and personally integrates new language updates into his team’s code base. With a passion for craftsmanship and quality, Roger considers software an art and every developer an artisan in their field.
Roger has over 10 years of professional experience, including employment at Philips, Intel and Lockheed Martin. He holds two patents and received a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
